Teacher Feature: Fancy House Road

With their unique and individualistic senses of style- this Mother (Debs) and
her Daughters (Camberley, Keighley and Kiersten) came together in 2009 and
started their lifestyle blog, “Fancy House Road”. They wanted to share with the
world three things: how they create, relate and decorate.

Debs, a mother of 8 and grandmother to almost 13, recently traded in her work
as a décor store owner, Bella Fine’ Décor, for commercial interior design. Her life
has always focused on creating beautiful things including her children, her homes
as well as parties and events.

Camberley, our mother to be, currently runs her own social media marketing
company, e-social strategies. Her free time is spent in becoming a master chef,
crafting and mid-century modern decorating.

Keighley, an obsessive dog lover, is a women of all trades. she earned a degree
in European history, she works for debs interior design company and is now
assisting Cami with social media. She loves books and all things old.

Kiersten, the newlywed, has a passion for fashion, loves everything equestrian
and is working on creating her newly married life-style on a budget. She is
currently working on her college degree, majoring in marketing.

The ladies of Fancy House Road will be teaching our Bold Not Beige class; all about discovering your own color styles and incorporating them into your home. Learn more about the Fancy House girls on their blog, Fancy House Road.

Reachel Bagley wants you to feel pretty. From personal shopping for Anthropologie to teaching Wardrobe Strategies at the collegiate level, she has earned her stripes as a fitting room expert. She doesn't just clothe, she instructs: body types, travel packing, current trends... In her own words, fashion provides the tools to match our external selves with our internal selves. In addition to fashion she adores any combination of travel, vegetarian cooking, modern art, her husband and two squishy cherubs

Teacher Feature: Annie Walker

A native of suburban Pittsburgh, PA, I've lived in the valley for 6 years. I attended West Virginia University where I earned a bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Studies. After studying it, I'm living it: I've been married to my husband Scott, for 3 years and I stay home with our three little girls, Genevieve (2), Josie (3 months) and step-daughter Mikayla, (8). Our family of five is extended by our mutt, Rooney, and our six chickens. In my spare time, I enjoy outings and traveling with my family, cooking, reading, yoga, and trying to keep my garden from dying

Annie will be teaching the Urban Farming class at hello there! house home & garden event; a class that teaches sustainability in your own home by raising chickens. Come & see Annie talk about her class at our next Meet  'N' Greet at Joe's Farm Grill

Teacher Feature: Debbie Christensen

Welcome to our first Teacher Feature! We are going to be introducing all our fantastic teachers to get you even more excited about The Event in October!

So without further ado, here is Debbie:

Debbie is first and foremost a wife and mother. She has three awesome kids that take up most of her time, but in her spare time she loves to thrift shop, decorate, sew and create art in all sorts of forms. She is a native Arizonan who was born in Mesa and grew up in Gilbert. She and her husband (who is also an Arizona native) have been married for eight years and they purchased their first home about a year and a half ago in the historic areas of downtown Mesa. They have enjoyed (for the most part) fixing it up and making it their own. The goal for her and her home is to create and beautiful, comfortable, and functional place for them to learn, grow, love, and play in. Her family is the most important thing to her so she strives to create a perfect home and place for them.

Debbie will be teaching Chic Children’s Spaces at hello there! house home & garden event. Visit her blog at debsfreckles.blogspot.com to learn more about Debbie!
